Job description
The clinical faculty member plays a crucial role in delivering the nursing curriculum by overseeing and assessing students in practical clinical environments. This position also involves offering constructive feedback, grading student assignments, and staying updated on agency regulations to facilitate student achievement. Applicants are required to have either a master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing and must hold an active, unrestricted nursing license in Delaware. Additionally, candidates should have at least two years of recent professional experience as a registered nurse within the past five years.
