**Job Title: Insurance Advisor**
As an Insurance Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to assess client requirements and propose customized insurance solutions, ensuring the cultivation and strengthening of solid client relationships. You will be tasked with generating leads by leveraging networking opportunities and utilizing available company resources, as well as guiding clients through the various policy options to facilitate successful sales closures. Candidates are expected to have or be prepared to acquire an insurance license. Essential skills for this role include excellent communication abilities, a proactive attitude, and a fundamental understanding of computer systems for effective CRM management.
