**Segment Leader**
The Segment Leader will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic business initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue growth and expanding market share within the advanced packaging arena. This role involves orchestrating collaboration across various functions and converting market insights into practical product and business strategies. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or engineering along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in OEM, foundry, or OSAT settings. A deep understanding of WLP, 2.5D/3D packaging, and heterogeneous integration technologies is essential.
