The Personal Training Director will take charge of recruiting, training, and nurturing a top-tier fitness team, all while upholding the club’s cleanliness and service standards. This role involves meeting departmental revenue goals and enhancing member retention through strategic fitness programming and effective team management. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication abilities, along with a solid background in coaching and designing fitness programs. A thorough understanding of club management software and the capability to use all fitness equipment are essential to uphold Crunch’s standards.
