The Sales Associate’s primary role involves delivering outstanding customer service, informing pet owners about various products, and ensuring the sales area is tidy and well-organized. This position also plays a crucial part in safeguarding the health and wellbeing of the animals in-store while aiding in inventory management and day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication abilities and a genuine passion for animal care. Although prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory, and candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
