Job description
The Aftersales Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the complete process of customer repair services for watches and jewelry, which includes handling the intake, triage, and providing regular status updates. This role also entails reconciling invoices, generating reports, and organizing the filing systems within the department. Ideal candidates will have strong communication abilities, thrive in a dynamic work environment, and be skilled in Microsoft Office applications. A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory for this position.
