**Job Title: Workflow and Tools Designer for Insurance Tasks**
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing autonomous workflows for insurance-related operations, ensuring that they are robust, auditable, and capable of being measured effectively. You will also oversee the event and data infrastructure while developing tools that enhance the trustworthiness and reliability of AI colleagues. Applicants should possess practical experience with large language model (LLM) agent systems and foundational production service principles, including API design and observability. Proficiency in a strongly-typed codebase is essential, along with excellent written communication skills to document technical decisions and considerations.
