Job Summary
This position involves creating the strategy, roadmap, and implementation for employee-oriented Enterprise AI products, such as autonomous agents and self-service learning platforms. The role requires leading training and enablement initiatives along with communication efforts to guarantee effective adoption and governance throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Enterprise AI products tailored for employees.
- Manage the rollout of autonomous agents and self-service learning experiences.
- Lead training programs and enablement efforts to promote successful adoption.
- Oversee messaging strategies to facilitate effective governance of AI products within the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience or a related technical position.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders in a matrixed organizational structure.
