Job Summary
The RN Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing high-quality patient care delivery while ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations. This position requires effective leadership and communication within the nursing team, as well as oversight of patient admissions and care transitions.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license in California.
- A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly desirable.
- Availability to work on weekends is required.
