Job Summary
The Ambassador plays a crucial role in delivering concierge services to patients and their families. This position includes aiding with transportation and accommodation needs, as well as enhancing patient and family programs. Additionally, the Ambassador serves as a connection point between families and various hospital departments, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide concierge services such as transportation and lodging assistance to patients and their families.
- Facilitate programming geared towards patients and their families to enhance their experience at the hospital.
- Act as a liaison between families and hospital staff to promote effective communication and support.
- Work towards ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of three years of relevant customer service experience is necessary.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred to aid in communication with families who may face language barriers.
