Job Summary
The Analyst III is responsible for the configuration of pharmacy networks within the claim adjudication system, ensuring that claims are processed accurately and efficiently. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams to facilitate client implementations, address any issues that arise, and enhance existing processes.
Responsibilities
- Configure pharmacy networks within the claim adjudication system to guarantee precise claim processing.
- Work in conjunction with internal departments to assist with client implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues pertaining to claim adjudication.
- Identify and promote process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- An associate’s degree or relevant equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in pharmacy network configuration is essential.
- Candidates should demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in adjudication systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and reporting tools are necessary.
