Job Summary
The Software Quality Analyst is tasked with the design, development, and implementation of software testing processes to ensure that all business requirements are satisfactorily fulfilled. This position plays a crucial role in managing defect tracking, aiding in product validation, and fostering ongoing quality enhancements throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans and testing strategies.
- Execute software tests to verify that business requirements are achieved effectively.
- Oversee defect tracking and management processes.
- Support and contribute to product validation initiatives.
- Initiate and promote continuous improvements to the quality assurance processes within the organization.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related area.
- Demonstrated expertise in testing enterprise-level web applications.
- Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA for test management and defect tracking.
