Job description
**Job Title: IT Administrator**
The IT Administrator plays a crucial role in delivering Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support, overseeing user accounts, and managing both hardware and software resources. This position is dedicated to sustaining the end-user technology landscape and optimizing employee productivity through efficient problem-solving and equipment setup. Ideal candidates should possess either an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or have equivalent experience, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in helpdesk support. A strong command of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory is essential. Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+ or relevant Microsoft credentials.
