Job description
The Leasing Consultant plays a key role in managing the sales process by conducting property tours and maintaining timely follow-up with prospective tenants to achieve leasing objectives. This position also emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service to residents and participating in community marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service, along with a flexible availability that includes weekends. While having a Florida Real Estate License is preferred, candidates should be prepared to acquire one within six months of employment.
