**Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in the smooth functioning of daily store activities, which encompasses customer engagement, inventory oversight, and product presentation. This position also involves collaborating with the Store Manager to oversee, mentor, and develop the store team, while maintaining a safe and tidy environment. Candidates should possess prior experience in retail management and be capable of handling physical duties, including lifting weights of up to 55 lbs. Exceptional skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving are essential for this position.
