Job Summary
Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Clear Lake, South Dakota. This role requires working collaboratively with medical doctors and various healthcare personnel to provide top-notch patient care in overseeing both acute and chronic medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient health issues effectively.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary.
- Conduct physical examinations and health screenings.
- Educate patients about their health conditions and wellness strategies.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Graduate degree from an accredited program in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant studies.
- Certification from the Collegiate of Nursing Education or National League for Nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
