Job Summary
The position focuses on assessing the outputs of AI models and conducting audit-style reviews to guarantee the integrity and quality of structured data inputs. Analysts are tasked with recognizing trends and potential failure points in model performance and will work alongside various teams to enhance quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the outputs produced by AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct audits to maintain the quality of structured data entries.
- Identify and analyze patterns as well as failure modes in the behavior of models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality standards.
Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Arabic is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in data labeling or a degree in a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail is a must.
- Able to maintain consistency while working in a structured, onsite setting.
