Responsibilities include conducting site visits, reviewing plans for adherence to building codes, and performing budget assessments for different commercial building projects. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering, coupled with 1-5 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam, along with a willingness to travel and work onsite during construction.
