Job description
The Project Coordinator will support the assessment and analysis of both existing structures and new construction initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, reviewing plans for adherence to building codes, and performing budget assessments for different commercial building projects. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering, coupled with 1-5 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam, along with a willingness to travel and work onsite during construction.
