**Job Title: Area Ambulatory Director**
The Area Ambulatory Director is responsible for supervising daily operations in the field, managing frontline personnel, and performing inspections at the end of shifts. This role includes overseeing payroll, staff scheduling, training initiatives, and ensuring that operational goals are achieved through strong leadership. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication abilities, coupled with a focus on service excellence. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a college degree or relevant experience is desired. Proficiency in Windows-based software is also required.
