Job Summary
This role is essential for directing and overseeing production processes to ensure efficient workflow, employee assignments, and prioritization of shifts. The position demands active engagement in leading, coaching, and training team members while upholding quality, safety, standard operating procedures (SOP), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production workflows and manage assignments effectively.
- Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and training to employees.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, SOP, and cGMP specifications.
- Support the documentation of production processes and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
- Experience in leadership, training, or workflow coordination is vital.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- A strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are necessary.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments and familiarity with cGMP are advantageous.
