Job Summary
The Field Service Technician position at IEM in Portland, Oregon, encompasses various levels (1, 2, or 3) and is focused on delivering innovative electrical solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with Technical Project Managers and manufacturing sites to address product issues and manage the supply of replacement parts. The technician will also conduct preventive maintenance and oversee field installations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to identify and resolve product issues.
- Work with manufacturing facilities to source necessary solutions and replacement parts.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct field installations of new systems and equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience as a field service technician at Level 1, 2, or 3.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
