Job Summary
The Teller plays a vital role in executing routine financial transactions efficiently and accurately while delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to assist customers with various banking needs.
Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions such as deposits, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with inquiries regarding their accounts and banking products.
- Manage cash drawers and ensure accuracy in daily cash handling.
- Detect and identify counterfeit currency to prevent losses.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience in a teller role.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for this position.
- Availability to work a Saturday rotation is necessary.
