Job Summary
Texas Materials, a subsidiary of CRH, is in search of a dedicated Asphalt Plant Operator to supervise the daily functions of the asphalt production facility located in Elgin, Texas. This position focuses on managing the production process while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the asphalt plant.
- Control and regulate the flow of materials throughout the production process.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor production efficiency to achieve optimal output.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in plant operations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Strong understanding of asphalt production processes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
