The Maintenance Manager II leads maintenance and reliability operations to ensure safe, efficient facility performance while overseeing planning, budgeting, and capital projects. They are responsible for driving a reliability culture, managing maintenance teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field and possess at least 7 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or production management. Additionally, 4 years of supervisory experience and functional knowledge of reliability practices and CMMS software are required.
