Job Summary
The Assembly Associate is responsible for contributing to the assembly process of products or components while ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This role is pivotal in maintaining streamlined operations within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assembly tasks according to outlined procedures and specifications.
- Utilize various hand tools and equipment to assemble products accurately.
- Perform quality checks on assembled items to guarantee they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
