This position collaborates with business leaders to create strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and nurturing high-caliber talent throughout the organization. Applicants should possess at least 3 years of recruiting experience and hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Prior experience in recruiting for the manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors is essential, alongside proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
