**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist**
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in spearheading recruitment and onboarding processes, while also contributing to wider talent management initiatives such as employee engagement and succession planning. This position collaborates with business leaders to create strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and nurturing high-caliber talent throughout the organization. Applicants should possess at least 3 years of recruiting experience and hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Prior experience in recruiting for the manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors is essential, alongside proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
