Job description
The Assistant Branch Manager plays a vital role in guiding the branch team through effective coaching, training, and performance evaluation, all while maintaining high operational standards. This position also involves assisting members with their account services and overseeing day-to-day branch activities, including audits, compliance, and vault management. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have 2 to 5 years of experience in retail management. Fluency in Spanish is essential, along with exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
