Job Summary
The Regional Director plays a crucial role in managing and supervising operations within several assisted living and memory care facilities. The individual ensures that all activities align with established objectives and project parameters while providing leadership to local teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple assisted living and memory care communities.
- Ensure compliance with project goals and operational scope.
- Lead and guide local teams towards achieving performance benchmarks.
- Administer budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Implement operational workflows to enhance productivity.
- Identify and manage project risks proactively.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in multi-site management, ideally in assisted living or memory care environments.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position.
- Willingness to work in Central Illinois with the availability to work some weekends.
