Job description
**Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager**
The Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising the daily functioning of the clinic, leading the clinical team, and guaranteeing the provision of top-notch, patient-focused care. This position includes providing direct care to patients, overseeing staff performance, and organizing clinical processes to align with the organization’s standards. Applicants should possess a valid, unrestricted RN license and have a minimum of two years of nursing experience, particularly with aging or vulnerable populations. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is desirable, and candidates should have at least one year of experience in a supervisory or case management role.
