Key responsibilities include overseeing student staff, budget management, and partnering with university entities to boost student success and improve retention rates. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in student activities program management. Essential qualifications include robust interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, in addition to proven experience in coordinating significant events and providing student advisement.
