They provide valuable assistance to the Store Manager in overseeing, training, and nurturing store staff while fostering a safe and respectful atmosphere. Ideal candidates will possess experience in retail management and be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Essential skills include strong communication, organizational abilities, and problem-solving proficiency to effectively navigate store directives and coordinate team efforts.
