Oversee daily dry dock operations, including vessel launches and moves, safe vessel handling, equipment and infrastructure maintenance, scheduling, and dry slip inventory. Support staff leadership and training, customer and stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, safety inspections, budget monitoring, operational reporting, and emergency response. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with prior leadership experience and experience in marina dry storage and equipment operation. Candidates need maritime safety and dry-docking knowledge, vessel maintenance and seamanship skills, strong organization and communication abilities, swimming ability, and CPR and first aid certification.
