The Assistant General Manager aids the General Manager in supervising daily operations of the club, which encompasses staff management, upkeep of the facility, and handling inventory. This role is essential in promoting sales growth, ensuring a positive member experience, and upholding high operational standards. Applicants should possess experience in managing a fitness facility or in customer service management, along with solid leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree in business management is desirable.
