Job Summary
The Manager will be tasked with overseeing the everyday operations of the mailroom and packaging departments. This role is crucial in ensuring that production targets are achieved in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evening shift team to manage daily operations effectively.
- Ensure that production goals are consistently met.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
- Coordinate workflow among different departments to adhere to strict deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude necessary for technical tasks.
- Experience in operating commercial printing or finishing machinery.
- Availability to work from 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight.
