Job description
The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day housekeeping functions, ensuring that cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction are consistently upheld. This role includes overseeing staff, managing supplies, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate smooth hotel operations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with two to three years of progressively responsible experience in the hospitality industry or a similar field. Previous experience in a supervisory capacity is advantageous, as are strong organizational and communication abilities.
