Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily operations of the store, focusing on aspects such as customer service, merchandising, and inventory oversight. This position includes supporting the Store Manager in mentoring, training, and helping to cultivate the store team while maintaining a safe and tidy environment. Applicants should possess experience in retail management and be capable of performing physical duties, including lifting up to 55 lbs. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.
