Job Title: Client Accommodation Specialist
Support clients by researching, organizing, and securing hotel lodging while delivering precise details about amenities and pricing. Keep thorough documentation of client interactions and work with team members to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients. Excellent communication and customer service abilities are essential, alongside a professional appearance and basic computer skills. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is advantageous but not a requirement.
