**Assistant General Manager**
The Assistant General Manager collaborates closely with the General Manager to manage daily store functions, which encompass team leadership, inventory management, and various administrative responsibilities. This role focuses on achieving sales objectives, delivering outstanding customer service, and cultivating a positive, goal-driven store environment. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in restaurant or retail sectors, along with a minimum of one year in a supervisory role. Additionally, applicants must be at least 18 years of age and available to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
