The Assistant Restaurant General Manager plays a key role in managing the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, which involves supervising staff, controlling inventory, and creating work schedules. They are tasked with upholding brand standards, delivering outstanding customer service, and promoting a supportive team environment. Candidates should hold a ServSafe certification and have fundamental computer capabilities, including experience with Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are necessary, along with the capability to successfully complete background and driving record checks.
