The Assistant Restaurant General Manager plays a crucial role in assisting the Restaurant General Manager with the daily functions of the restaurant. This includes overseeing staff training, managing inventory, and creating schedules. Applicants should be ServSafe certified and demonstrate strong leadership abilities, along with previous experience in restaurant management. Additionally, candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have reliable transportation, along with a valid driver’s license.
