Job description
The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing crew shifts, focusing on delivering exemplary operations and enhancing the guest experience. This role collaborates closely with the General Manager to manage staff training, oversee inventory, and maintain store cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management, particularly in the fast-casual or quick-service restaurant sectors. Availability for 40-50 hours per week, including weekends, is required, along with demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
