Job description
The Assistant Manager oversees shift operations, ensuring quality, safety, and outstanding customer service are maintained. Responsibilities include managing cash reconciliations and facilitating training for both new employees and those being promoted. Candidates should have prior leadership experience and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and remaining on their feet for extended durations. This position does not have any formal educational prerequisites.
