The Assistant Manager oversees shift operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld while delivering a superior customer experience. This role includes managing cash reconciliations and training both new employees and those being promoted. Candidates should possess previous leadership experience and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs as well as the stamina to remain on their feet for extended durations.
