Job Summary
The Senior Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily payment operations, ensuring timely processing of all payments to adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets. This position involves troubleshooting payment-related issues, managing Zendesk ticket resolutions, and overseeing prefunding balances, all while supporting the team and aligning with the business’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline daily payment operations to ensure timely payment processing.
- Investigate and resolve payment issues effectively.
- Address and resolve Zendesk tickets related to payment inquiries.
- Maintain and monitor prefunding balances.
- Contribute to team objectives and support business operations.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
- High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
