**Assistant Restaurant Manager**
The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, which includes overseeing staff, facilitating training, and upholding excellent standards in guest service and food quality. Collaborating closely with the Restaurant Manager, this role focuses on boosting sales, managing financial resources, and ensuring adherence to all company guidelines and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate prior experience in a leadership or management position within the restaurant sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and possession of a valid food handler’s certification are essential. Additionally, the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, is required.
