Job description
**Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily operations within the store, focusing on customer service, inventory replenishment, and ensuring a tidy shopping environment. This position also involves supporting the Store Manager in mentoring, training, and nurturing the development of store team members while upholding company guidelines and safety protocols. Ideal candidates should possess experience in retail management and be capable of handling physical demands, including lifting items up to 55 lbs. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with a high school diploma or its equivalent.
