Job description
The Assistant Manager II plays a key role in managing the daily operations of the store, which encompasses customer service, inventory oversight, and maintenance of the facility. In addition, this position involves supporting the Store Manager in training, guiding, and developing store team members to uphold the company’s standards. Applicants should possess experience in retail management and be capable of performing physical duties, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential for successfully overseeing store activities.
