**Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager is responsible for guiding the daily operations of the café, patio, and bar to guarantee outstanding guest experiences and uphold high standards of hospitality. Key duties involve managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory levels, collaborating with culinary teams, and supervising service on the floor. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of related experience and have completed a high school diploma or its equivalent. This position demands flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and candidates must be at least 21 years old.
