**Dental Treatment Coordinator**
The Dental Treatment Coordinator is responsible for building strong relationships with both parents and patients to effectively convey suggested treatment plans and manage financial conversations. Additionally, this role involves overseeing office operations such as scheduling, patient flow, and verifying insurance claims, along with ensuring the office space remains tidy and welcoming. The perfect candidate will possess a background in sales and excellent interpersonal abilities, while experience in a dental setting is advantageous. Proficiency in office software and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential, along with the physical ability to carry out office maintenance duties.
