Job description
The Assistant Manager will oversee shift activities, coordinate staff scheduling, and guarantee outstanding customer service, all while upholding store policies and standards. This role also entails managing cash flows, overseeing inventory, and assisting the Store Manager in meeting performance objectives. Applicants should possess a solid background in a supervisory or management capacity, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Candidates must demonstrate skill in cash handling and basic financial operations, and should be physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
